7. Payments and Subscriptions
Web/Stripe Payments
Payments for subscriptions made through the website are processed securely via Stripe.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and billing preferences through Stripe.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.iOS In-App Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription through the iOS app, billing is handled directly by Apple via your Apple ID.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID settings: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled exclusively by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
iOS App Users – Apple EULAFor users who download the app through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):
